Fountain and Patio
We installed this patio and fountain for Michael Thompson, a realtor with Better Homes in Montclair, to prepare the home to go on the market. Preparing for sale is different from landscaping when the home owners are planning to stay for a while. It is important to make the yard neat and provide lots of color. The overriding principle is to only invest as much in the project as one can reasonably expect to get back from the work. Sometimes, as in this case, the landscaping was extensive in both the front and back yards. Sometimes it is simply enough to tidy things up and provide curb appeal.
